Oral presentations:

15 min presentation + 5min Q&A (Total 20 min)
Presentation electric file MUST be sent to ines3-oral@nr.titech.ac.jp by Oct. 31st, or should be submitted directly at the reception desk on Oct.31st and at late Nov. 1st in the morning.
The presentation electric files can be accepted by using power point and/or pdf format.
Your own computers are principally NOT used in your presentations. If you have some special requests to use your own computer, please contact us (ines3-oral@nr.titech.ac.jp) prior to the beginning of the conference.
We guarantee to delete your file completely in our computer after the conference.

2 min talk in the poster short presentation session (9:00-12:00) on Nov. 3rd IS REQUIRED to all poster presenters.
Your talk file MUST be sent to ines3-poster@nr.titech.ac.jp by Oct. 31st, or should be submitted directly at the reception desk on Oct. 31st and at late Nov. 1st in the morning.

We guarantee to delete your file completely in our computer after the conference.
Your poster can be put on the board from the beginning of the coffee break in the afternoon on Nov. 2nd.
The size of your poster board will be 160 cm long×100 cm wide.
The poster session will be scheduled between 12:00 to 14:00 on Nov. 3rd with lunch. You will explain your poster during the period. All posters will be voted by all participates, and some selected posters will be awarded at the closing session ceremony on Nov. 3rd.
